protection is intelligent.
it’s also exhausting.

So many women are living with nervous systems that have become experts at protection.

Not because they're broken.

Because their bodies have adapted to years of carrying too much, feeling unseen, navigating impossible expectations, and moving through a world that hasn't always felt safe.

You didn’t choose this. Most of it was decided before you were old enough to notice it happening — and at some point, you noticed anyway. That noticing is where this work starts.

This isn’t about becoming someone who can handle more. It’s about building the conditions where your capacity to feel, to be present, to actually live your life, is allowed to grow on its own — because your body is finally safe enough to let it.

This is not therapy. It isn’t coaching. It isn’t advice.

It’s a conversation with more room in it.

Room for the pause.
The breath.
The sensation.
The thing you don’t have words for yet.

And someone stays with you long enough to notice.

hi! I am kristin.

— a truth embodiment guide, not a coach or therapist. My work isn’t more insight, and it isn’t teaching you to carry more. It’s helping your body find enough safety that more of your energy becomes available for living, instead of only ever protecting.

I call this embodied processing. It’s not a framework you learn once. It’s a practice, built over real time, with someone steady beside you while you do it.

right now: tending — an initiation

Tending is an eight-week immersion — one woman, one guide, once a week — a space to stop explaining what you feel and actually arrive in it.

It hasn't opened for enrolment yet. Before it does, it's being initiated. Three women will be in ceremony with it — the full eight weeks, at no cost — in exchange for their honest feedback and account of what shifted.

When their eight weeks end, Tending opens.

If you’d like to be one of those 3 women, reach out and tell me why.
